Hi Andrew,

Currently the animation of any model will loop indefinitely in BuildAR.  You can, however, trick BuildAR in posponing this loop by making additional keyframes at the end of the animation, so that the 3d model stays still for long enough time.  For example, if your animation takes 5 seconds to complete the movement, add more frames and keyframes in 3DS Max so that the model doesn't move for a certain amount of time after this 5 seconds.  This would result in the model staying still for a certain amount of time when shown in BuildAR.   In most cases the marker won't be tracked for too long, so this trick might help to ease the problem.

The next update of BuildAR Pro which we intent to ship very soon, will have the option to stop the animation when it finishes.

Best regards,

- Gabriel
