Build ar viewer problem

Hi to everybody!
I'm a build ar user (the free version) and I have also tried the new build ar pro demo. I have no problem with both this amazing softwares.
The problems cames with the viewer. Using the viewer the camera displays only a small bottom line of the entire screen and all the rest stay black.
I don't think it is a camera problem, I got no problem using the same camera with build ar free and build ar 2 demo with no problem. I tried using also diffrent computers with the same result: it is all ok with build ar free and build ar 2 demo, but only a small video line displayed with the viewer.
How can I solve this issue? This is a really big problem for me because I would like to buy buid ar 2 and share the file with a client, but I need a working viewer...

What can I do to have support for this issue?
I really want to buy your software, it is one of the most easy and chip way to make AR but I need a viewer... If not I have to change software and that is not what I want...

Do you have a discrete or integrated graphics card?

I have tried both: discrete (nvidia gtx 560 ti) and integrated, with the result written above.
Till now, the only pc with a working viewer is a pc with a quadro graphics card...
