Hi,

Unfortunately that feature doesn't exist in BuildAR, sorry.

Cheers,
Matt.

Can you tell if the stip you are seeing is the top of the video (as in the entire thing has been shifted down a bunch) or the bottom of the video (as in the entire top part of the video has been cut off)?

Cheers,
Matt

Hi everyone,

The links are now fixed and you should be able to download.

I'm still looking into your problem Bline. Can you tell me what the video card you are using is?

Cheers,
Matt

Hi Bline,

I'm not sure what's causing that issue, I've tested the build I sent you and it seems to be working on my computer.

Could you try the following things and see if they have any effect on the issue?

1) Try a different webcam (if you can get your hands on one)
2) Vary the resolution of the video in the pop up box
3) Try updating videocard drivers

Hi, the download links seem to have broken. I'll try and get it fixed ASAP.

Huh, it seems that all the download links on the site have broken. I'll try and get that fixed ASAP.

Hi Dennis,

As it is currently set up the scene file does not store the resolution used in the scene file, so when the .bat file runs it goes back to the default resolution (640x480). It's not a bug as such, but I can see how it would be a nuisance.

Matt.

The scene both opens and runs on my computer.

There should be a log file in the folder containing the executable, could you post this log from one of the crashes? Might give some info on why its crashing.

In the folder containing the BuildAR executable there should be a .log file.

Could you post the contents of this?

Hi,

Could you possibly upload the scene and associated file somewhere and link me to them?
Also if you have access to another machine beside those two could you try and run the scene on that computer? That will tell you whether the problem is specific to that computer.

Cheers,
Matt

Hi,
Could you tell me what version of BuildAR you are using, what the resolution of your monitor is, what camera you are using and what your video card is?

Thanks,
Matt.
