Hi there,
First of all thanks for the great job you did on Buildar Pro.
Would you please let me know if there is a way to have a transparent movie (.MOV) into buildar pro?
Awaiting for your reply,
Nouri

hi Nouri, I've tried to load some examples but unfortunately file size is too large. However what I suggest is load gifs instead. Import them as image files. I use Microsoft GIF Animator to convert my .avi movies. I can email to you the gif I uploaded to Facebook recently and video of result

Hi Nouri, transparent videos are not possible at the moment, but we are looking into including this soon. It's a very requested feature.
What Andy mentions would work well in the meantime. Thanks for the workaround suggestion Andy btw.
Best regards,

I am having some trouble with transparent flashing on my gifs. Could you post a link to your video so I could check it out?

I actually figured out a decent method for using png sequences in an fbx. By assigning each image to a plane, showing each plane for around 5 frames, then moving the frames dramatically off screen (-50000Y) I achieve a decent transparent animation.
I will admit that I have the benefit of using some pretty beefy hardware with this method.
note: do not leave things at zero on the z axis, took me a whole day to figure that out.
